Server monitoring is a big responsibility for new VPS users – you have to keep track of how your server is doing, to find out if it is under excessive load, to see if all the services are running just fine. It’s a duty that requires constant attention, and you probably don’t have time to do that. That is why we propose that we do the task on your behalf. If you make use of our Administration Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS and all the tasks running on it. In this way you’ll have more time for your websites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

If you own a regularly visited site or a data–intensive web app, it’s extremely important to maintain a full back–up copies of everything. But, configuring an automated backup system is quite challenging. That is why we offer you our Administration Services solution – we promise to maintain a full backup of your Linux VPS package, not only of your sites and hosted content, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, retaining all the customizations that you have made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux VPS Package, you have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional setup on your part. This is when our Administration Services option will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – in other words you will be able to literally employ one of our qualified server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any app whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an extra feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
